How We Select Technology

Every procurement decision passes through a clinical-effectiveness review. The committee evaluates published evidence, training requirements, maintenance costs and integration with existing systems before recommending purchase.

Equipment is then commissioned with manufacturer-led training, competency assessment for every operator, and a planned obsolescence review at five years. No device enters clinical use without sign-off from the theatre safety officer.
