International Services

01

Visa support letters

On receipt of a confirmed appointment, the international services team issues an official invitation letter for visa application. Letters include the treating consultant's name, planned procedure and estimated stay duration.
02

Airport transfers

Coordinated ground transport from the airport to the hospital or accommodation. Drivers are briefed on patient needs, including mobility requirements and fasting instructions.
03

Accommodation

We maintain a list of vetted hotels and serviced apartments near the hospital, ranging from budget to premium. Block-booked rooms are available for extended stays.
04

Interpreter services

Face-to-face and remote interpreters are available in over 20 languages. Interpreters are booked for all clinical consultations, consent processes and post-operative reviews.
05

Medical records exchange

Prior to your appointment, imaging and pathology can be uploaded securely through our patient portal. Records are reviewed by the treating team before you travel.
06

Follow-up coordination

Post-operative follow-up can be arranged in your home country through the CIBA network or with a nominated local specialist. We provide a full discharge summary and imaging for handover.
